1. SHIPPING
The availables shipping methods for spanish territoire are:
- Certified Post: free shipping if your order are 70€ or more. If not, the shipping cost are 3,95€ and stimated downtime of 3 to 5 days
- Nacex: shipment cost: 8 € , door to door delivery in stimated period of 24 to 36 hours if you buy before 5:00 pm. If your its after this hour stimated period is 24 48 hours.
Shipment out of Spain are only available with Certified Spanis Post. Shipping cost are 5,95€ to EU countries and 7 € rest of the world.
All purchases are shiped within 24 hours later to the reception of your order.
2. RETURNS
According to the Spanish law of commerce you can exert the right of dropping of the claim in the term of 7 days from the purchase.
If you wish to give return some product, considers the following thing:
- Return the product, perfectly conserved, with his labeled and original packing.
- The articles of undewear, for obvious hygienic reasons, cannot be returned if the article corresponds in model, size and color with which you have requested.
- The only exception which we admitted to the previous rule is that the article is defective.
In order to come to return the product, you do the following thing:

If the cause is imputable to us (defect, error in the shipment, etc) we will give instructions you so that you come with the return and you recover the amount.
If the cause is not none of the previous ones and you decide to give back the product in the term of 7 days, the expenses of shipment will run by your account and to only we will return the amount you of the product in the form that we decide according to you.
We will not admit returns communicated after the 7 days of to have received the product. |
